You would like to return/exchange a product. How does it work? 
  • Send an email to info@bymargaux.com to register your return (provide us with your order number).
  • You will then receive a reply with a confirmation and the return address. We're not in the power of offering free returns. 
  • Once we have received your returned item(s), you will receive a refund for the returned item(s) via the payment method chosen (excluding shipping costs
  • Attention: don't forget to put your name on the package, if we don't know from who the package is, we can't issue the refund.  
  • If you would like an item in a different size, you need to place a new order.

Return conditions

  • Returns are at the customer's own expense. We do not provide return labels and these charges cannot be refunded. 
  • You must register your return with us via email within 14 days after receiving your order. Damage to a product must be reported the day of receipt.
  • The customer is fully responsible for the timely arrival of her return. Returns that arrive later than 14 days will not be accepted.
  • An article can only be returned if it is in original condition.
  • Any items on sale can't be returned.
  • Returning is at your own risk; we are not responsible for loss of returns. It is therefore always smart to return your package with a tracking code, so you have proof of shipment!
